Mechanic

Tori props the front of uke's ankle with his foot, stopping the lower body cold, while his hands lift and pull the upper body forward. Feet stop, torso keeps going, and uke flips over the propped ankle.

Analogy

A kid hurries down the aisle between desks and another kid slides a sneaker out right in front of their ankle. The foot stops mid-stride; the rest of them doesn't. They pitch straight over the outstretched shoe, books sailing.

Why it maps

The outstretched foot propping the ankle is exactly tori's blocking foot: the base is arrested at floor level while momentum carries the upper body up and over it.
